Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To qualify, items must be in original condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging. Used, worn, or damaged items cannot be returned.

  • Personalized/custom items

  • Gift cards

How to Return

  1. Pack your item securely in its original packaging.

  2. Include your order confirmation or receipt.

  3. Clearly write your name, return address, and phone number on the package.

  4. Ship the package to:

Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment:

  • Credit cards: refund will appear on your next statement.

  • Debit cards: refund will be deposited within 3-5 business days.
